After much prayer, discernment, and many tears ….

YWAM Marseille is coming to a close. At the end of March we graduated our final school and finished this season as a base.

Over the past months, our team has been seeking the Lord deeply about the future of the base. Instead of God speaking about the base many of us sensed God calling us back to our home nations. 

What unfolded wasn’t abrupt – it felt like a natural close. A grace for this season. A peace in obedience.

Not long after, we learned that Steiger Marseille had been praying about a place in our area of the city.

After their own season of discernment, it became clear: We will be handing over the baton – our location, ministries, and local connections – to them. 

The mission continues.

While this chapter closes for YWAM Marseille, God’s heart for Noailles (our neighborhood) and Marseille does not. He will continue to build His Kingdom.

We leave with deep gratitude. We are sad to say goodbye but full of expectation for what the Lord will do next.
