WHAT DOES LONG-TERM STAFF LOOK LIKE:
As long-term staff, your involvement goes beyond short-term outreach. You’ll become a vital part of the base’s ongoing mission and discipleship process, helping to lead programs, organize ministry efforts, and ensure the smooth operation of the base. Whether you feel called to lead in evangelism, teaching, administration, or practical support, there is a place for you to contribute meaningfully.
Your role could involve:
- Ministry Leadership: Overseeing local outreach programs, leading small groups, or discipling incoming students.
- Operations and Administration: Ensuring the base runs smoothly by taking on leadership roles in areas like hospitality, logistics, or communication.
- Training and Discipleship: Walking alongside new DTS students, mentoring them, and fostering spiritual growth in others.
- Community Engagement: Building ongoing relationships with the people of Marseille, bringing hope and transformation through service and outreach.
